Hours + Fees

Please contact Dr. Heck by phone or e-mail in order to arrange an appointment or a free phone consultation.  Office hours are by appointment only.

Dr. Heck would be glad to talk to you about her fees.  Please note that she does not accept insurance; therefore, she is considered an "out-of-network provider" by insurance companies.  This means that patients can submit her bills to their insurance carrier for reimbursement of a portion of the fee, if their plan allows.  Talk to your insurance company to find out the specifics of your mental health benefit.  

Dr. Heck will occasionally reduce her fee for patients who cannot afford full-cost therapy.  If you are in this category, feel free to ask her about this option. 

Payment can be made by cash, check, venmo, or credit card (there is a small surcharge for credit card payments).
